Educating for life
Education for the youngsters is of vital importance in giving them a chance for a successful future.
We have now set up schooling within the orphanage so that the children have access to a good education. Along with this we have provided every child with a new school uniform so they have a sense of belonging to their school just like every other child.
Every Easter the children have new school books and new textbooks to assist with their learning and along with their personal tablets and the new desktop computers in the Barbara MacDonald Library the children are getting the best education we can offer them.
In addition to this the orphanage now offers a day care facility within the school to the local families whose mothers and fathers go to work daily. This is a life line to those families who want to provide for their growing families.
